Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen comes from St. Louis Missouri. She is best known for her role as Jenny Humphrey on the CW series Gossip Girl and as the main singer in the band The Pretty Reckless. Momsen's music has been featured in films and television shows like How to Be Single Going the Distance as well as Two and a Half Men. Taylor Momsen has one younger sister, Sloane Momsen. The Center of Creative Arts is where she studied dance. When she was three, she began her professional acting career in a national Shake 'n Bake commercial. Momsen's acting career slowed down for nearly three years. Then, she got her first leading part on her WB series Misconceptions. Momsen played a part in Saving Shiloh the 2006 film. She also auditioned for the lead role in Hannah Montana and was in the top three. However, the role was instead awarded instead to Miley Cyrus.
